Each eligible person may hold only one (1) active account on 771bet. When registering, you agree to:

771bet accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

• Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) only.
• 771bet does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — consult your GCash or bank app for details.

• If 771bet determines that a bonus was claimed in breach of these conditions, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be voided.

All bets placed on 771bet are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are available within each relevant betting section of the platform.

• Minimum bet: ₱20 across all markets unless a specific game or market states otherwise.
• Once a bet is confirmed through the 771bet bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• All bets are settled at the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body (PBA, WBA/WBC for boxing, etc.). 771bet does not accept responsibility for results published by unofficial sources.
• In the event of a technical error that causes an incorrect price to be displayed, 771bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
• If a sporting event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of its original scheduled start time, all pre-event bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match based on real-time developments. Any bet submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Parlay bets require all legs to win. If one leg is voided (e.g., a game is postponed), the parlay is recalculated based on the remaining legs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 771bet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets, access account functions, or exploit platform mechanics in a way not available to ordinary players.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information obtained through illegal or improper means.

• Money laundering or using 771bet accounts to process funds connected to criminal activity. 771bet is required by applicable law to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 771bet staff, other players, or any person connected to the 771bet platform.
• Providing false identity information or forged verification documents.

771bet may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request — including a self-exclusion request submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Where 771bet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity connected to the account.

If a breach is confirmed, 771bet reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance, depending on the nature of the violation.
